Most of All -Make it Fun!

When it comes to planning their big day, every bride and groom strives to make it beautiful, memorable and special. Fun-loving couple Lauren and Ryan worked to include this checklist as well, but their number one goal was to make it a day everyone would enjoy!

The duo shared their vows in a charming outdoor ceremony at White Columns Country Club. The bride's nephews announced that she was on her down the aisle by carrying a sign that read “Here comes the bride.” At the close of the ceremony, the boys flipped the sign around so that it revealed the phrase “And they lived happily ever after.”

After the ceremony, guests were transferred via trolley to the main clubhouse to enjoy a fun-filled reception. The live band played crowd favorites from Michael Jackson and Jackson 5 and Lauren and Ryan opted for oversized cupcakes by Gigi’s instead of a traditional cake. When guests weren’t getting down on the dance floor, they could select some props (i.e. oversized sunglasses, boas, top hats, etc.) and have their pictures taken in the photo booth.

Needless to say, Bloomin’ Bouquets had a fantastic time working with Lauren and Ryan. We used white and green hydrangeas, calla lillies, white lisanthus, green apples, antique hydrangeas and hypericum berries to create the perfect backdrop for their wonderfully fun day!
