A Bride + Her Bouquet

The Bride’s bouquet is easily the most important floral piece of her wedding day. Its color palette and style set the tone for the event’s entire aesthetic, it’s in all of the most important photos and for years to come she will dream of her wedding day when she sees or smells those same blooms. We understand how wedding expenses quickly add up and that sticker shock continuously happens while planning, but we want to take a moment and emphasize how important it is to allocate the bridal bouquet a healthy budget. We know you probably hear that about a lot of elements while planning… “you only get married once”, but the bridal bouquet stands apart from all other wedding details being a major focal point of the day. Modest to unlimited budgets, we always recommend the following when considering your bridal bouquet:
-Selecting specialty blooms specific to the season
-Know what shape you’re looking to have
-Have the bouquet wrapped with a hand dyed silk or family heirloom

Below are some of our favorite brides + their bouquets from 2018. We worked closely with them to help complete their perfect bridal look and we think the results speak for themselves!

This is Beverly + her bouquet from the Harbor Club at Lake Oconee. Beverly’s bridal blooms included Peonies, Hellebores, Queen Ann’s Lace and white Lilac. These textures were present throughout her ceremony and reception florals creating the perfect Spring evening under the stars.

Here we have MeKenzie + her bouquet of pinks and blues at Foxhall Resort. Delphinium, Peonies, Eucalyptus and Lisianthus helped create this bright, whimsical bouquet. We just adore brides that go for a bouquet of color!

Over in Midtown at The American Spiritworks Stave Room, Rachel went with a greenery heavy look. She requested pops of unique white flowers + a variety of greens. Our favorite element of this bouquet, that stunning white King Protea!

This classic + formal look was flawless on sweet Vanessa. With a reception at The Ritz Carlton downtown, it was important that her bouquet have bright white cascading Phalaenopsis blooms to set the tone for a black tie evening.

Addie + her bouquet were so unique!  At Foxhall Resort this bride held the ultimate boho chic event with her lush bouquet of Blushing Bride, Protea, Roses, Ranunculus and Pierras. We loved the tirating colors of blush, taupe, and ivory that defined her bridal style.

Lastly we have Sarah + her romantic bouquet posing outside at Little River Farms. Her flowing gown was perfectly paired with these Cafe At Lait Dahlias, Butterfly Ranunculus, blush Hellebores and complimenting flowing silk ribbons.
