Katlynn + Matt’s Vineyard Wedding

North GA is a popular destination for ATLiens to escape the city and enjoy a mountainous landscape and local wine. Many of these wineries host weddings and we think rolling hills with lush trees make the ideal backdrop for exchanging vows. We had the pleasure of designing a few of these Vineyard fairytale moments over the Spring of 2022 and wanted to share on the blog today.

Katlynn + Matt got married on April 23rd at Yonah Mountain Vineyards. With a soft color palette and lots of greenery, this wedding was classically elegant and really made the venue a standout element of their day. The only thing as beautiful as this happy couple?? The view! Take a look below for our favorite images from this special day.

Spring Inspiration with Sydney + Brian

Last year we had the pleasure of working with couple Sydney + Brian on their beautiful, colorful Atlanta wedding. With a ceremony at First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta and reception at Ansley Golf Club, their event stands out in our memory fondly with bright shades of florals and flirty decor choices. In our opinion, they had the perfect Spring/Summer wedding touches and we’d love to share a few of those stand out details with future brides looking to embrace the season. Here are a few tips to help make your Spring/Summer wedding extra romantic:

- Choose seasonal flowers with color! This time of year is ideal for specialty flowers not easily found year round, take advantage by not shying away from unique, colorful blooms.

- If using candlesticks in your decor, choose a taper candle color that compliments your florals. Here Sydney went with a butter yellow and it added so much more interest when combined with the colors of her flowers than a traditional white or ivory.

- Patterned linens are always a great choice, but especially if you’re aiming for a light, airy Spring vibe. We adore these floral linens Sydney chose from I Do Linens

- A textured veil can add dramatic impact for your ceremony, especially if it echos the textures of your bridal bouquet!

Take a look below at these photos from Sydney + Brain’s wedding to see examples of the details mentioned above! We hope you all enjoy them as much as we do.

Amanda + Joe

Welcome back to the Bloomin’ blog! Today we’re sharing photos from Amanda + Joe’s riverside wedding that took place earlier this Summer. Their intimate event was full of colorful florals, sweet details and delicious food, but our favorite element of the whole thing was their circular wedding arbor. Amanda + Joe shared their vows in front of this flower filled arbor that perfectly framed the river behind it, so romantic!! Take a scroll through the photos below to see the arbor and other gorgeous details from this sweet day.

Madeline + Wilson

Beautiful wedding florals are our specialty, but sometimes the best part is working with beautiful people  (and no, we don’t mean appearances although Madeline + Wilson are physically beautiful as well). When you’re hired by kind, appreciative souls and then get to spend the day setting up with other super wonderful vendors it brings a wedding together in a unique, memorable way. A highlight for our team on this Fall day back in 2020 was when bride Madeline took a moment to thank us for the beautiful flowers and went on and on about how perfect everything looked. Such a small, fleeting moment that left a huge impact and made this wedding one of our more memorable events of 2020. Take a look below for our favorite photos captured that day!
