Atlanta High Fashion Bridal: A Runway and Concert Benefit Event

We love being a part of special events around the city, especially when it's raising awareness for a good cause. Atlanta High Fashion Bridal: A Runway and Concert Benefit Event thrown by Atlanta Wedding and Event Professionals was created to to bring awareness to causes doing amazing work in our communities and showcase the amazing talent of Atlanta Wedding and Event Professionals to emphasize the importance of collaboration over competition, which creates an environment we can all thrive. It was a night of fashion, libations, and philanthropy. Bloomin' Bouquets had the fortune to make some dramatic accessories for the models to wear while they walked down the runway. The talented Nikki Loraine wrapped up the fashion show after which guests were invited to mingle and take part in a silent auction where one hundred percent of the proceeds went to The Giving Kitchen and Georgia Breast Cancer Coalition Fund. At Bloomin' we are so thankful for the opportunity to flex our creative muscle and step out of the ordinary. Sometimes looking at vendor websites and blogs doesn't feel like enough. For some brides, it can seem impossible to choose what cake design you want, what linens you'll have, what FLOWERS you'll pick to enhance the celebration, etc. simply by photos alone. And from one almost overwhelmed bride to a potential other, I can definitely understand that it can seem impossible to string all your individual ideas together to create one beautiful wedding masterpiece.

Bloomin' Bouquets understands that, too --- which is why we are thrilled to be partnering up with The NotWedding for the 2nd year in a row to give brides a glimpse at the big picture!

Callie Murray started The NotWedding back in 2008 in Atlanta, providing brides with the opportunity to attend a big, fake wedding complete with a ceremony, dinner, and drinks all so that you can see what it looks like when vendors and creativity come together to create one magnificent wedding.

This hands-on, in-the-moment, big-picture event is a one of a kind opportunity to learn about different ways to utilize local wedding vendor's strengths while being surrounded by fresh ideas and inspiration! Last year's unique NotWedding in Los Angeles was no exception:

The next NotWedding is here in Atlanta next Monday, February 17th in Buckhead, and we are excited to network with brides and local vendors in order to showcase our floral talents! It's an amazing opportunity to see how the work of Bloomin' Bouquets and the rest of the Atlanta wedding community is inspiring brides and grooms on their journey to the Big Day.
